We are looking to fill various roles from Multi-trade, DDA Fitters, Bathroom and Kitchen Fitters

We are looking for Permanent and Full Time Bathroom, DDA and Fitters, as part of our planned works team. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of our Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishments and installs including all associated works within both occupied and unoccupied properties.

Bathroom Fitter and Bathroom/DDA Fitter

Duties:
Installation of full bathroom upgrades
Basic carpentry
Tiling
Basic painting and decorating
Experience in wet room conversions

Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates must have a minimum of either a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, or a proven track record reflecting appropriate trade experience in bathroom modification. They should demonstrate technical skills in both core and associated trades and have the ability to work with plans and drawings. Excellent customer service skills are essential to foster a positive working environment both internally and externally. A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry, a full valid UK manual driving license, and an understanding and knowledge of basic health and safety practices are also required.

Contract: Full-time and permanent
Salary: Starting from £33,500 per annum with a price work incentive scheme available
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Benefits: 28 days holiday, company van, and fuel card

Kitchen Fitters

Seager Home Solutions is seeking to employ experienced bathroom fitters. PAYE preferred but could be sub-contract.

Qualifications and Skills:
Possess a primary trade in plumbing with experience in carpentry, tiling, and general repair work. Basic electrical knowledge is required, and the ability to board, plaster, and decorate is advantageous but not essential. Must be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and able to communicate progress efficiently to both management and clients.

Contract: Full-time and permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Benefits: 28 days holiday, company van, and fuel card
