Offering Employment Prospects
We are long term advocates of the apprenticeship system and see this as a good way to offer employment prospects, training and enhanced life chances to those we employ. We have an Apprenticeship Program offering two apprentice placements a year.
We employ a local workforce and we seek to create opportunities that will further upskill and enhance their careers. When we do need subcontractors, we employ from the local area.
