Our regular ‘toolbox’ talks ensure that our staff are kept up to date with new technologies and training. Our apprentices learn both on the job and in the classroom. As the majority of our work is with local authorities, our performance is continually monitored to meet key performance criteria, ensuring that the highest standards are achieved at all times.
